During our time together, we will explore the many stories this golden syrup carries and the many ways it has been used historically and is still used today.

Be prepared to feed your skin, stomach, and soul.

Held at a private location in Miami’s Roads neighborhood (this will be shared individually the night before the class).

Please plan to stay and have a swim.

Light snacks, tea, and some honey for tasting will be provided.

What to bring:

  • hat

  • towel

  • clothes, a bathing suit, or something you don’t mind getting sticky or wet

  • water bottle

  • journal

  • pen

  • honey (yes! more!)

  • 1-2 small jars

  • anything you feel called to share
